TV Guide is Blank

Make sure you have an internet connection to allow the data to download.

If an internet connection does not seem to be the problem, please go to Settings/Download Listings and refresh the TV Guide.

If you are still experiencing errors and your TV Listings are incomplete or blank, please send us an e-mail with your Country, Region (City or Postal Code), TV Provider, and as much detail regarding the error or blanks in data as possible. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve any and all errors.
