Missing Channel

First, make sure the channel is not hidden. Hold down the channels on the left hand side of the guide until the red minus or green plus signs appear and then simply add the channel back into the grid. Or go to settings, sort and select channels and add the channel back into the grid.

If the channel is available but disappears, this could be because the channel collapses when there are no shows currently on. If the channel does not appear continuously, let us know what the channel name and number is and we will investigate further and manually add it.  

If you are unable to access this channel, please e-mail us with the name of your country, region or postal code, and the name of your TV Provider. Also try and include the channel name along with the channel number.
